Microsoft Word’s predefined tent cards can be limiting because they don’t allow for printing names on both sides. During in-person training sessions, this can be problematic as facilitators walking behind trainees can’t see their names, and trainees may not see the names of those seated next to them.

Double-sided tent cards are also beneficial for in-person conferences, meetings with C-Level executives and stakeholders, workshops, and classes.
