Purpose

Updating a 100-slide sales training to reflect modern sales techniques.

Description

In this instructor-led 2-day workshop, Directors of Sales gain a deep understanding of the five new sales process phases adopted by the company. They are also coached on how to effectively train their sales teams using practical tools and strategies. 

Through role-playing scenarios and expert insights, participants enhance their training skills and learn how to facilitate a smooth transition to the updated process. 

By the end of the session, Directors are well-equipped to inspire and guide their teams towards achieving higher sales performance and operational excellence.
