Purpose

The company designed and launched important new Salesforce FSL features to enhance and optimize routing and scheduling of tech services to customers. In addition to a separate full eLearning course, practice exercises were needed to reinforce operations coordinators understanding and skills of the system. 

Description

This simulation was created to help Operations Coordinators practice and enhance their understanding and skills in managing their daily operational tasks in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) system.

It is part of the eLearning module A Day in the Life of an Operations Coordinator that takes operations coordinators through every step and task they need to performed to optimize scheduling services.
