Purpose
Sales teams avoid selling trailers because they do not know about the trailers fleet. Other USS employees do not undergo comprehensive training on the products.
Description
A needs analysis revealed that the existing training was not efficient. A learning path with 3 phases was proposed, building on each other. This will:
- Provide company-wide training for a basic understanding of the trailer products.
- Train sales and customer care employees to have an in-depth knowledge of the trailer products, enabling them to sell confidently and feel like experts.
- Give sales teams access to stand-alone information they can use on-demand.
